NEW Language for 2012 Personhood Amendment

Article II of the constitution of the state of Colorado is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION to read:

Section 32. The right to life.

(1) Purpose. IN ORDER TO AFFIRM BASIC HUMAN DIGNITY, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE RIGHT TO
LIFE IN THIS CONSTITUTION APPLIES EQUALLY TO ALL INNOCENT PERSONS.

(2) Effect. THE INTENTIONAL KILLING OF ANY INNOCENT PERSON IS PROHIBITED.
(a) ONLY BIRTH CONTROL THAT KILLS A PERSON SHALL BE AFFECTED BY THIS SECTION.
(b) ONLY IN VITRO FERTILIZATION AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTION THAT KILLS A PERSON
SHALL BE AFFECTED BY THIS SECTION.

Many people have been asking lately whether we will go for a third try by putting a personhood amendment on the 2012 ballot.

The answer is a resounding YES!

Some people may ask: Why do you think this third time will be any different?
The best way to answer this question is with another question: How many times did William Wilberforce introduce his Abolitionist law in the British Parliament?

LOCATION CHANGE! Join us to watch the election results!

Previously we were going to be meeting in Arvada for our election night celebration, but the location has changed!

We have had to change our plans, and now we will be gathering to watch the election results on Tuesday, November 2nd from 7:00pm to 10:00pm at Maggiano's Little Italy located at the Denver South - Englewood location: 7401 South Clinton Street Englewood, CO 80112-3655 (East of I-25 between Arapahoe and Dry Creek Roads).

Just a friendly reminder:
As you're canvassing neighborhoods, please leave those pieces of literature at the doors of houses and not in mailboxes because leaving them in/on mailboxes is against the law.
